KAH prepares a phased holding development roadmap
The roadmap focuses on governance, aviation assets, MRO, cargo logistics, partnerships and investment readiness.
The first phase of the KAH roadmap is connected with governance architecture, validation of project hypotheses and preparation of directions for partnership and investment dialogue. Later phases should refine assets, operating structures, MRO and engineering capability, cargo opportunities, business aviation, training, safety and international cooperation.
